Shel Wagner is an assemblage artist with an environmental bent. She creates vibrant, whimsical 3-D pictures, sculpture, and portraits of quirky people from her imagination, using recycled materials and found objects, along with natural clay and papier-mache’. Each piece is signed with a seashell.
